Avahita Logo

Avahita is University of California at Irvine's Indian classical competition dance team. With two main dance styles, Bharatanatyam and Kathak, we participate in the Origins competition circuit. We hope to share our love of dance while simultaneously providing a space for our members to dance.

The original logo had the same color scheme and represented the beginnings of the club. With new dance styles, our logo needed an update to represent us. Incorporating various elements of dance and our passion was a key for this project.
